We have inspected over 10,000 properties across BC and saved our clients millions of dollars in unnecessary repair costs by finding leaks before they become disasters.

Our equipment
We use AquaScan acoustic leak correlators, Gutermann hydrophones, FLIR thermal imaging cameras, GSSI ground-penetrating radar systems, and tracer gas. For long-term monitoring of large facilities and water utilities, we deploy permanent Zonescan systems with hourly data logging.
Our promise
We don't push site visits when you don't need them. The first conversation is always a free phone consult — we'll tell you whether your situation actually warrants a technician on site, or whether a DIY check is enough. That's why our 5,000+ clients keep coming back.
